Wedge Shoes

I got engaged into online business since 2008. I got my first capital through my savings with 42 pairs of abaca wedges and espadrilles. From there, I started posting my items on the internet and I was earning. That time, only Three of us sell these kind of products in Mindanao. Until the word "pre-order" came out in the market. People started to sell stuffs online even if they don't have the item on hand. I also have cases like these. In times like when my clients want the design and it is not available, I always remind them of the processing time. And if they agree, we do the deal.

Online business is not all the time good. On the side of the buyer, it is a critical engagement when client doesn't really know who the seller is. One would think it's a bogus or the other way around. My advise, always make sure that the seller has established his/her reputation. Always check the personal information of the seller. Check the family background and the address. I'm also an online shopper and what I usually do when I buy stuffs is to check their feedback. I never buy online without a sellers feedback. It is one of my basis if I should trust a certain seller online.

Being an online seller for Three years, I have been  free from stall rentals and I became independent to my parents.I can now buy things I wanna buy. I have maintained my reputation to my customers and I always make sure they are satisfied with my products and service. Because for me, delivering a good customer service is exceeding their expectations, not just meeting them.

Anyone who would want to start a small business too? I accept resellers of my stuffs. See the samples below. Or one may contact me through my mobile numbers: globe 09156430374 , smart: 09998899895

Fun tour at Seagull Mountain Resort - Bukidnon

June 03, 2011, Amas Capitol Compound - It was around 3:00 PM when the group of employees at the Provincial Governor's Office departed the Capitol. We took 2 aircon tour bus to Mulato Beach Resort in Digos City and spent the night with my co-employees.This is the first ever team building I have attended since  I was employed at the Capitol.

On the second day of our tour, we departed Digos City at around 9:00 AM and bounded to Davao City and do some small shopping. I just bought 2 Penshoppe Blouses and 3 Puma Socks at SM Department Store. I enjoyed great foods at the food court with my aunt. We ate deep fried African Hito, Guso (seaweeds), and Chopsuey.

At exactly 2:00 PM we departed from SM City Davao and proceeded to Seagull Mountain Resort which is located at Bukidnon. The tour bus routed at BUDA and took 3 hours to arrive at the final destination. Finally, we arrived! The wind was cold when we moved out from the bus, the natural beauty of the tall pine trees I don't know how old those pine trees are but one can really appreciate the scene.

Seagull Mountain Resort is located just beside the road going to Bukidnon. Ammenities include mini apartment-type units with hot and cold shower, a mini chapel, a conference hall, a restaurant, swimming pools, golf course, and picnic areas. Not to mention the cold air that makes you relax. If you're a type of person who wants to go away from the city's heavy noise and pollution, then this place is for you.

Below are the pictures I took before we left on Sunday afternoon.

How to spot Fake Nivea Lotion

Fake Nivea Lotion

Last week, I saw this Nivea Lotion ad from sulit.com.ph and caught my attention with the price of the item. The post states it's only P95 if I order 12 bottles or more. I'm a Nivea user so I contacted the seller immediately. She said she can give it for P150 each if I'll order 2 bottles of 400ml nivea moisturizing lotion. So I said sure!

Before my money got deposited, I was really in doubt with the authenticity of the product. It is soooo cheap even if she said it is made from Thailand. I researched Nivea factories around the world and it discovered that indeed thay have a factory in Thailand so I felt comfortable about it.

I had my sister deposit the money on the seller's bank account the day after. So she shipped the 2 bottles to me.
Just now, LBC personnel knocked on my door and I was very excited about it. Yup! its the 2 bottles of Nivea inside so I opened it quick.

What I've noticed the first time I opened the package is the color of the bottle. Hahaha... The container is not totally white but when you look closer, it has a shade of blue. Imagine when you soak a white cloth using a blue wheel? Hehehe that's how it looks like sistahs! But I just ignored the color.

Now, I opened the bottle and noticed the color of the head lock is different than the color of the bootle. Hahaha.... this is so funny! The head portion is sooooo white and the body is a blue shade. OMG....

Time to try the content now and OOOOPS!  I'm expecting that when I pour it in my palm, the texture would be the same as what is in the mall. BUT, it so thick and when you rub it to your skin, it bubbles first!!! OMG.... Hahaha...

This is the portion where I got out of my mind real quick hahaha.... When I smelled my skin, I wanna collapse and cut my head off. The odor is soooo foul and it smells like a rubber band. Imagine the smell of a rubber band? hahaha SUPER...

I don't have much time on guessing if this item was really fake or not... It's pretty obvious! But I never stopped there hahaha...

When I read the back portion of the lotion, it says "the skin feels so sotf, and it looks healthier all day long." Would someone say it is just a clerical error? Hahaha Oh common.... It really states it is Made in thailand. But I don't believe this.

And one more thing, hehehe there's a lot of sellers of this fake Nivea Lotion around. They sell it in a very cheap price but the truth is, it is not made in Thailand. It is not authentic and It's totally FAKE!

take pictures here and there... the avenue of stars is located where?

Sulit.com.ph and Trajet Tours and Travel promote tourism in the Philippines and abroad. Find great travel deals at Sulit.com.ph, the leading online classified ads website in the Philippines.

This picture was taken last July 2009. I had this wonderful and exciting activity in Hong Kong, China which was my first International tour since I was born. The location in this photo is at “The Avenue of stars” where it gives recognition to Hong Kong movies and artists. At the back is the statue of BRUCE LEE who became very popular in the art of karate.

What makes it a favorite spot for me is the picturesque of honor and pleasure with one of the world’s famous action stars. Even on his statue, one could feel the spirit of excitement with this one of a kind karate pose that continues to capture the hearts of every viewer.

Lake Agco Family Picnic

It's not my first time to discover this one of a kind resort located at the foot of Mt. Apo. From Kidapawan City, you will need to ride either a motorcycle or a private car to reach the place. Aside from the boiling lake, you will experience dipping into a hot pool just beside the lake. The Lake Agco resort is also located approximately 80meters away from the lake. It consists of 4 types of pool, the adult pool, kiddie pool, the sulfuric pool and the hot mini pool located at the steaming sauna.

For Sale Farm Lots in Kidapawan and Makilala - Best for Rubber Plantation

A year ago, I once posted a farm lot located at Saguing, Makilala, Cotabato. Though I don't have any idea if it has been sold, I didn't bother to delete my ads, until one day somebody became interested in looking for a farm land for rubber plantation. It happened that he was a previous school mate of mine, so I told to him I will look for another farm land that would fit his budget.

Luckily, one friend of mine offered me a farm lot found in Kalaisan, Kidapawan City. This was my first time to visit the place and took quick glance on the crops planted on our way there. Among these were wide plantations of Rubber and Coconut. Knowing that the price of rubber per kilo today is P80 which is way too expensive compared to about 3 to 5 years ago. Truly a very wonderful investment. I was amazed with the vast plantations in the area which makes me think what if everyone would plant rubber trees... perhaps everybody will be rich.

We have found one nice area in Kalaisan, Kidapawan City that is full of Coconut trees which I can say is already productive. I took some pictures of it and showed it to my friend. He likes the view and suddenly became so interested to buy but his budget won't fit the price of the owner. The price of the farm lot is 2 Million for the 5 hectares area while my friends budget was only 1.5 Million.

Another farm lot was at Malasila, Makilala, Cotabato. A very nice place indeed and a fine weather awaits anyone who would live there. The area is just so near the highway, just about 50 meters walking distance to reach the farm. The farm lot is already productive because it has Rubber trees and Coconuts as well. This 2 hectare farm lot is at 1.3 Million to 1.5 Million range.

Tomorrow, together with the in laws of the buyer, we will be visiting the place and see what would be their decision...
